I’d like to get my son interested in growing vegetables but I’m not sure how to go about it. Should I give him his own plot in the garden? Use containers? Grow other things like sunflowers?

How low should my first offer be on a 4/3 home that went for 126,000 on the market for a year.?

Found a older concrete block florida home 4br, 3 baths for 126,000. It’s been on the market for a year and houses in that neighborhood sold last year for 98,000. It has since been rented out due to no sell. The tenents killed the landscaping and outdoor appearance. Since this is a buyer market, how low should I offer with 1,000 earnest money?
I just found out the county property appraisal has it at 108,000. What would be a good offer.

Me and my wife are going to Busch Gardens either this Friday (April 8) or next Friday (April 15). Is this a good time to go? I chose a Friday because I figured it would be less crowded than a Saturday, and it’s the only day of the week I can get off of work. Is April a good time to go? Which week is best to go during April? Can you guys help me out?
By the way, it’s Busch Gardens TAMPA, FL!

Hello,

I have just gotten a bunch of Kalanchoe plants. I understand that they do best indoors, so I’m keeping them inside. What i love about them is that they have flowers for about 8-10 months per year.

Hello-

I planted tomato plants in two containers last year. They did quite well but it freezes at night a lot during the winters here so when it began to get cold and the plants were no longer producing, I pulled them out and was left with the containers full of dirt.

Hey, I really want to find a job for this summer since I’m broke and can’t even afford gas money. I’m willing to work all summer, preferably a full time job. I want to do some landscaping or something outdoors but I don’t know where to look. If anyone has any ideas of how to find a job or other jobs to make some cash here in southern Minnesota, I’d like some advice please. Thanks
